| 1.The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed vet within two working days of arrival or pick up date. 2. We must be informed at once of the examination's results by email kelleyscritter@yahoo.com The failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the warranty. 3.If the examination indicates that at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for sale due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, you may return the puppy to me for an exchange of the same value. 4.We guarantee the puppy against fetal viruses for 72 hours. These include Distemper, Parvo and Corona. Does not include Coccidia and Kennel Cough witch are common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria or stress. 5.This puppy is Guaranteed for 6 months from purchase against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic disease which adversely affect the health of the animal. 6.We must be notified of the problem with in two working days of the licensed vet's determination and have 2 reports from two different vets stating the same problem and we will provide a replacement puppy. 7.We will not be responsible for vet fees or cost. Purchaser is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the vet and understand that he or she will be responsible for all payments. 8.There is no warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. 9.Purchaser will keep puppy current on all vet care including shots,de-worming and heart worm prevention. |
